Two-component PU-system designed for manufacturing products out of viscoelastic molded polyurethane foam with further application in medical, automotive and furniture industries.

Two-component PU-system designed for manufacturing products out of highly-elastic latex-like molded polyurethane foam with further application in medical, automotive and furniture industries.
POLYSYSTEM 45
Two-component PU-system designed for manufacturing products out of viscoelastic molded polyurethane foam to be used by children who are 3 years of age or older, as well as for manufacturing products with further application in medical, automotive and furniture industries.

SPRAY POLYURETHANE FOAM
In the nearest future, NPU-SYSTEMS LLC will master the production of a series of PU-systems used for the spray-on coat application of thermo- and sound insulation made of rigid polyurethane foam with the density of 30 -60 kg/m3.

Spray PU-systems are used for thermo- and sound insulation of walls and roofs of individual houses, industrial and residential buildings. They make it possible to insulate structures and objects of any size and configuration both in civil and industrial construction, as well as in other areas of industry.

Two-component PU-system designed for production of rigid polyurethane foam with mineral filler used for hydro- and thermal insulation of pipelines by the "pipe in form" method. Foaming agents - freon 141b and water (CO2).
POLYSYSTEM 400Р
Two-component PU-system designed for production of pre-insulated pipes by the "pipe in pipe" method. The system does not contain ozone-depleting freons; foaming agent - water (CO2).

Two-component PU-system designed for production of precast products in the foam insulation by the "pipe in pipe" method. The system does not contain ozone-depleting freons; foaming agent - water (CO2).
POLYSYSTEM 400TF
Two-component PU-system designed for production of thermal insulation for oil and gas pipelines by the "pipe in pipe" method. The system does not contain ozone-depleting freons; foaming agent - water (CO2).
POLYSYSTEM 400TN
Two-component PU-system designed for the manufacture of thermal insulation "shells" and other molded products by the mold-filling method. The system does not contain ozone-depleting freons; foaming agent - water (CO2).
POLYSYSTEM 450
DECOR
Two-component PU-system designed for the manufacture of decorative beams and boards with the texture that mimics wood; as well as beehives and various finishing and structural elements of low density. The system does not contain any prohibited foaming agents. POLYSYSTEM 600(50) is used for the production of items with the density of 130 - 200 kg/m3by means of pouring the system into a mold.

POLYSYSTEM 600(50) PU-system is available in three versions:

POLYSYSTEM 600(50) T is used for the production of any finishing and structural elements that require low density in combination with a stiff integral crust;

POLYSYSTEM 600 (50) D is designed for the production of decorative beams, consoles, balusters, moldings, etc.;

POLYSYSTEM 600(50) Uis used for the production of hives out of polyurethane foam.

Two-component PU-system designed for the manufacture of wood-imitating decorative and structural elements of furniture, decorative construction elements used for exterior and interior decoration, picture frames and other molded products. The system does not contain any prohibited foaming agents. POLYSYSTEM 600(130) is used for the production of items with the density of 300 - 500 kg/m3 by means of pouring the system into a mold.

This two-component PU-system is designed for the manufacture of decorative elements, furniture accessories and components, as well as decorative, finishing and structural elements of furniture. POLYSYSTEM 600 (1000) is used for the production of items with the density of 900 - 1100 kg/m3 by means of forming in silicone molds.

CONSTRUCTION FOAM
Two-component PU system designed to fill cans with household construction foam by using dimethyl ether (DME) and hydrocarbon propellants (HCP) as propellants. Polyurethane foam obtained from aerosol cans is used for sealing and installing heat- and noise- insulation of joints, cracks and voids; as well as for the installation of parts when performing various construction and finishing works.

Two-component PU system designed to fill cans with professional construction foam by using dimethyl ether (DME) and hydrocarbon propellants (НСP) as propellants. Polyurethane foam obtained from aerosol cans is used for sealing and installing heat- and noise- insulation of joints, cracks and voids; as well as for the installation of parts when performing various construction and finishing works.

NPU-SYSTEMS LLC carries out the selection and delivery of two-/three-component PU-systems for molding shoe soles out of microcellular PU for further production of various kinds of footwear:

· women's high-heeled shoes;
· casual shoes;
· special (protective) shoes with soles of single or double density with/without the addition of antistatic; · sports shoes.
